A. About 

1. Self-service tool to update address, phone, and email address. 

2. Address, phone, and email changes are sent to the CU to update information in the system. 

3. Important to have a current email address on file for security purposes when using online banking. 

B. Address 

1. Contact the Credit Union via phone or secure email to update your address. 

C. Phone 

1. Click My Settings 

2. Click Update contact information 

3. Update phone number listed (if applicable) 

4. Click Add another number to add a second phone number 

a. Up to two phone numbers allowed 

5. Click Save to submit changes 

a. Does not update phone number used for one-time security code. 

D. Email 

1. Click My Settings 

2. Click Update Email options 

3. Update primary email address 

a. Only one email address allowed 

4. Click Save to submit changes 

a. Updates email used for one-time security code.
