B. Username
1. Click My Settings
2. Click Update username
3. Enter new username
a. Requirements:
i. Six or more characters
ii. Cannot be all numbers
iii. Should not include your member number
4. Enter current password
5. Click Save to update
C. Password
1. Click My Settings
2. Click Update password
3. Enter current password
4. Enter new password
a. Requirements:
i. Minimum of six characters
ii. Use a mix of letters, numbers, or symbols
Must use two of three
iii. Case sensitive
5. Retype password to verify
6. Click Save to update
D. Security Information
1. Click My Settings
2. Click Update security options
3. Phone
a. Update phone number listed (if applicable)
b. Click Add another number to add a second phone number
i. Up to two phone numbers allowed
ii. Does not update phone number under Personal Information
c. Click Save to update
4. Email
a. Optional: Ability to turn off email as a security option
b. Click Update primary email link to update current email address
i. Redirected to Personal Information page
c. Are you sure YES
i. Click No then Save if phone updates haven’t been saved
d. Update primary email address
i. Only one email address allowed
e. Click Save to submit changes
